Upstorr Help is where you can learn how to set up and run your store. Each guide focuses on one job and explains it with short, clear steps.
Simple example
Imagine that you want to add your first product. Open Products and inventory, choose the guide for adding a product, and follow each step in order.
What you need to know
- You do not need technical knowledge to use these guides.
- Use the search box when you know what you want to do.
- Browse the topics when you are not sure where to begin.
- New guides appear only after Upstorr has checked that their instructions work.
Find your way around Admin
The left side of Admin is the main menu. Select a main name such as Products, Bookings, Customers, Marketing, Online Store, or Point of Sale to open it. Some names expand to show smaller pages underneath—for example, Products can show Categories, Collections, Reviews, and Gift Card.
At the bottom of the menu:
- select the current store name to switch stores;
- store owners can open Account Settings from the same store menu;
- select Settings for the current store's setup; and
- select Logout to sign out from this device or manage signed-in sessions.
Your menu can be shorter than another staff member's menu. Upstorr hides or greys areas that your role cannot use. This does not mean the store's information disappeared.
Upstorr Admin currently opens on a desktop or laptop. If you open an Admin store page on a phone, Upstorr shows Admin opens on desktop for now and gives you a Back to stores button. Use the separate Upstorr POS app for supported counter work on a phone or tablet.
