What this helps you do

Remove account access from an old, shared, lost, or unfamiliar phone, tablet, or computer.

Before you start

Know that this list is for the owner account's signed-in devices. It is different from staff access and paired POS devices.

Steps

  1. Open Signed-in devices from the account controls.
  2. Check the device name, Signed in time, and Last seen time. Times are shown in Indian Standard Time.
  3. This device marks the device you are using now.
  4. Select Log out beside one device to remove only that session.
  5. Select Log out everywhere to remove every listed session, including the current one.

What happens next

A removed device must sign in again before it can access the owner account. Logging out a session does not delete the account, store, staff member, or saved business data.

Common problems

  • The device list will not load: select Try again. You can still choose Log out this device from the error state.
  • You do not recognise a device: log it out immediately, change the password, and enable 2FA.
  • You logged out the current device: Upstorr takes you to sign-in; this is expected.
