What this helps you do

Open your Upstorr account when you know the password, use Google, pass two-step verification, or recover a forgotten password.

Before you start

Use the email or Google account connected to your Upstorr account. Keep your authenticator or recovery codes nearby when two-factor authentication is on.

Steps

  1. Open Sign in.
  2. Select Continue with Google, or enter the account email and password.
  3. Select Sign in once and wait.
  4. If 2-step verification appears, enter either the current six-digit authenticator code or one unused recovery code.
  5. Select Verify & Sign in.

Use only one two-step field at a time. An authenticator code changes regularly. A recovery code is a one-time backup and normally looks like ABCDE-FGHIJ.

If the account email is not verified, Upstorr sends you to Verify your email and may send a fresh verification message. Finish that step before trying to enter Admin again.

Reset a forgotten password

  1. Select Forgot password? on Sign in.
  2. Enter your account email.
  3. Select the email button and wait. Upstorr shows the same safe message whether or not an account exists for that email.
  4. Open the newest reset email and select its secure link.
  5. Enter a new password.
  6. Complete the five password rules: 12 or more characters, uppercase, lowercase, number, and special symbol.
  7. Select Update password.
  8. Return to Sign in and use the new password.

Reset links are private and temporary. Do not forward the email or share its link.

What happens next

Upstorr sends you to the intended store, staff invitation, store chooser, or pricing step. If two-factor authentication is not enabled, it can first recommend protecting the account; you may continue and set it up from Account settings.

Common problems

  • Invalid email or password: check the email spelling and keyboard state. Use Forgot password instead of repeatedly guessing.
  • The authenticator code fails: wait for the next code and try once, or use one unused recovery code in the recovery field.
  • The reset email does not arrive: check Spam and Promotions, confirm the email, and wait for the resend pause before trying again.
  • The reset link is invalid or expired: request a new reset email and open only the newest link.
  • Google asks to complete the profile: enter the missing name details, activate the account, then continue.
