What this helps you do
Pay a failed Upstorr subscription or grace-period usage bill and understand whether store access returns immediately or needs a new plan.
Before you start
Only use the Pay outstanding amount button inside the Upstorr owner account. Check the store name, amount, bill number, and bill date shown.
Steps
- Open Account.
- Find Billing issues.
- Read the store's access message and amount due.
- Select Pay outstanding amount.
- Complete payment on the trusted Razorpay checkout opened by Upstorr.
- Return to Account and confirm the billing message updates.
What the messages mean
- Past due with a grace deadline: pay by the shown date to keep store access.
- Suspended subscription retry: pay the outstanding amount to restore store access.
- Grace-period usage settlement: pay for the stated number of days already used. After payment, choose a new plan to restore store access.
- Original bill total: the bill's starting amount.
- Amount due: the amount that currently remains payable.
What happens next
When payment is confirmed, Upstorr updates the store's billing status. A grace-period usage settlement still requires you to choose a new plan before store access returns.
Common problems
- The issue list will not load: select Retry before attempting to resolve it.
- Payment could not be confirmed: no billing status was changed. Open the issue again and check whether payment actually completed.
- The store is still suspended after a usage settlement: choose a new plan; settling old usage alone does not start a subscription.
