Keep the name, address, and pictures customers recognise consistent across your Upstorr store.

Before you start

Open Settings → Profile for the correct store. You need permission to manage settings. Selecting brand images also needs media permission.

Steps

  1. Enter the customer-facing Store Name.
  2. Check the Store URL word before .upstorr.com.
  3. Select a Logo and Feature graphic from the media library.
  4. Keep Store currency as Indian Rupee.
  5. Choose whether prices show the currency code or symbol.
  6. Select Save changes and wait for confirmation.

Understand every profile field

  • Store Name: the name of this store. Changing it does not create another store.
  • Store URL: the short unique word used in your default Upstorr website address. It accepts lowercase letters, numbers, and hyphens.
  • Logo: the main brand image. It is also used as the storefront browser-tab icon and in customer emails.
  • Feature graphic: the wider brand image available to customer-facing designs and emails.
  • Store currency: INR is the only supported store currency.
  • Show currency code instead of symbol: choose whether an amount looks like INR 1,499.00 or Rs. 1,499.00. It changes presentation, not the amount.

If the online store is already published, saving a different Store URL also changes its live default URL. Update old links that you control after the change.

Choose brand images

Select image opens the store media library and accepts one image. Removing an image clears it from these brand settings; it does not automatically delete the media file itself. Use a clean logo that remains readable at a small size.

What happens next

The saved name, default URL, brand images, and currency style become the current settings for this store. Customer-facing places use the new values when they next load them.

Common problems

  • A field is disabled: Select a store and check your staff permissions.
  • The URL removes characters: Use only lowercase letters, numbers, and hyphens.
  • The old website link stops working as expected: The live default URL changed; update links shared outside Upstorr.
  • Select image is disabled: You also need permission to manage media.
  • The image looks unclear: Choose a higher-quality file with empty space around the important artwork.
