What this helps you do

Find the booking that needs work now and open its full details.

Before you start

Open Bookings. The summary cards and tab counts describe the current store, while the table loads more rows as you continue scrolling.

Steps

  1. Read the Today, Upcoming, Pending payment, and Completed summary cards.
  2. Choose the tab matching your job.
  3. Search by customer, product, offer, order, or booking ID when needed.
  4. Read the booking Type, Customer, Slot, linked Order, Status, and Updated time.
  5. Select the row to open the booking.
  6. Read its payment, attendance, resources, timeline, and available actions before changing anything.

Understand every tab

  • All: every booking available to your role.
  • Today: bookings whose slot belongs to today.
  • Upcoming: future bookings that still need attention.
  • Pending payment: bookings created without final payment confirmation.
  • Confirmed: active confirmed bookings.
  • Cancel requests: bookings where the customer has asked to cancel and the request still needs a decision.
  • Completed: bookings whose service or rental journey finished.
  • Cancelled: bookings that will no longer happen.

Understand the table

  • Booking: the offer or product name. “Cancellation requested” below it means a customer request is waiting.
  • Type: Appointment, Class, Space rental, Resource rental, or the saved offer type.
  • Customer: the connected customer. Select the link when your role may view customer profiles.
  • Slot: the booked Indian date and start-to-end time.
  • Order: the sale connected to the booking. Select it to inspect payment and documents.
  • Status: the booking’s current lifecycle state. A separate Cancel requested badge can appear beside an otherwise active status.
  • Updated: the most recent saved booking change.

For example, a booking can still say Confirmed while also showing Cancel requested. The customer asked to cancel, but the request has not yet been approved or rejected.

What happens next

Opening a row shows the full booking journey. The actions there change with its time, payment, attendance, handover, return, and cancellation state.

Common problems

  • Search finds nothing: Try the exact customer, product, offer, order number, or booking ID and clear the current tab if needed.
  • A count and loaded rows look different: Counts cover the store result; the table may still be loading later rows.
  • Cancellation requested appears with Confirmed: The request is pending; open the booking and decide it safely.
  • Customer or order is not clickable: Your role may not have permission to view that connected record.
  • More rows failed to load: Retry the continuation. Do not repeat a booking action merely because the list did not refresh.
