Combination settings decide whether this coupon is allowed to run beside another eligible discount.
Product discounts
Allows combination with product-level offers. Each eligible cart item may receive up to one product discount.
Order discounts
Allows combination with order-level offers. Eligible order discounts can apply after eligible product discounts.
Shipping discounts
Allows combination with shipping offers. The largest eligible shipping discount can apply with eligible product discounts.
Both discounts must allow the combination. Selecting a box on only one of them is not enough.
Simple example
Coupon A is a product discount and allows order discounts. Coupon B is an order discount but does not allow product discounts. They will not combine because Coupon B says no. If both allow the other's type and every other rule matches, Upstorr can use them together.
What you need to know
- Combination permission does not guarantee that both discounts apply. Dates, eligibility, minimums, targets, and usage limits still matter.
- Upstorr evaluates compatible offers and keeps the valid combination with the greatest total discount.
- Product discounts are applied before order discounts, and shipping discounts affect shipping rather than product value.
- If you want an offer to stand alone, clear all three combination choices.
