What this helps you do

Send one saved email design to customers who currently allow marketing emails.

Before you start

Create and preview an email template. Make sure the marketing-credit balance can cover the estimated recipients.

Steps

  1. Open Marketing, then Email campaigns.
  2. Select New campaign.
  3. Enter a private Campaign name.
  4. Select the email Template.
  5. Optionally enter a Reply-to email where customer replies should go.
  6. Choose an audience: all opted-in customers, specific opted-in customers, or the saved customer group shown on the campaign.
  7. To send later, choose a future time in Send later.
  8. Check Estimated recipients.
  9. Select Save.
  10. Select Send now for immediate delivery, or Schedule for the saved future time.
  11. Read the confirmation carefully before sending.

What happens next

Eligibility is checked again when the campaign actually sends. A customer who withdraws email permission before then is not an eligible recipient.

After sending, the campaign shows recipient, sent, and opened counts plus a recipient table with each email's status and timestamps.

Common problems

  • No template can be selected: create and save an email template first.
  • No customers appear: only customers who allow marketing emails are offered.
  • Send now or Schedule is unavailable: save all campaign changes first.
  • Schedule is unavailable: choose a future Send later time and make sure credits cover the current audience.
  • No customers can receive it: the chosen audience currently contains no eligible opted-in email address.
